Last month, Arteta called for calm in his contract situation, insisting that his focus had been on the transfer window.
His new contract comes on the eve of Arsenal’s Premier League match against fierce rivals Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday. Reported By Sky Sports.
Since quitting a coaching position at Manchester City to take over for Unai Emery at the Emirates, Arteta, a former Arsenal player, has overseen plenty of success and returned the team to title contention.
Arsenal won the FA Cup in his first season in charge, as well as two Community Shields in 2020 and 2023.
They have also finished as Premier League runners-up in the last two seasons, challenging winners Manchester City in thrilling title races.
Arsenal are presently fourth in the Premier League rankings after three games this season, with two victories and one draw, and will begin their Champions League campaign next week against Atalanta.
