With Mohamed Salah having uploaded a video of himself running at Liverpool’s training ground, it seems like he is racing to get back to full fitness.
According to Liverpool Echo, Following his country’s elimination from the competition in the Round of 16, the 31-year-old was forced off during Egypt’s Africa Cup of Nations Group stage match against Ghana on January 18. As a result, he has not played in the competition.
Although there have been doubts about the severity of Salah’s back and hamstring injuries, the Reds winger has updated fans on his condition on social media. After sharing a video of himself recovering on Wednesday at Liverpool’s AXA Training Ground, Salah hinted at his potential comeback to fitness 24 hours later with another clip.

Salah posted a video to his Instagram story in which he is seen sprinting straight away from the camera and then turning around. Although not moving at full speed, the winger seemed to be able to finish his drill without any problems.
As the Reds continue their pursuit of four titles, Liverpool supporters will be hoping that the team’s top scorer can get back into action as soon as possible.
