Unless an “obscene” offer comes in, Nigerian sensation Victor Osimhen will not depart SSC Napoli during the current European summer transfer window. Aurelio de Laurentiis, president of the Serie A champions in Italy, made this statement in light of rumors that some of the top teams in Europe are interested in signing the elite striker.
Osimhen has been mentioned frequently in connection with English clubs Manchester United and Chelsea FC.
Also, current Bundesliga champions, Bayern Munich have seen their attention shift from the Nigerian to English star, Harry Kane only recently.
Furthermore, he has also been linked with French champions Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) during the current transfer window.
“We will see Victor Osimhen wearing our shirt next season, that’s for sure,” De Laurentiis said on Football London.
“If a more than obscene offer arrives, we will move on and find another top talent, just like we did with [Khvicha] Kvaratskhelia and Osimhen.”
