Napoli Want To Finalise Garnacho Deal In 48 Hours

According to La Repubblica, Alejandro Garnacho is still Napoli’s top target to replace Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, and the Partenopei seek to finalize a deal within 48 hours because Patrick Dorgu is joining Manchester United.

Napoli intends to recruit Garnacho from the Red Devils as a result of Dorgu’s impending move to Manchester United.

The Serie A leaders seek to finalize a deal with Manchester United within the next two days, despite Sky Sport Italia’s assertion that talks between the two clubs have not advanced in recent hours.

The Argentinean talent is thought to fetch no more than €55 million, including add-ons, from Napoli, while the Red Devils are still seeking for about €80 million.

However, Napoli hopes to convince Manchester United to reduce their expectations and welcome the Argentinean before the January transfer window ends on February 3 because Dorgu is heading to Old Trafford and Garnacho has a deal with the Partenopei.

Karim Adeyemi, Napoli’s main substitute for Garnacho, is reportedly refusing to travel to the Stadio Maradona because he wants to sign with a Premier League team next summer, according to Sky Sport and other reliable Italian sources, reports Football Italia.

Napoli is also working on defensive reinforcement at the same time and may make a high-profile approach for Pietro Comuzzo of Fiorentina.

The Partenopei will think about a loan agreement for attacking reinforcement, maybe dropping Garnacho, if they are able to get a new defender for more than €30 million.
