Gary Neville says the first Chelsea player he would sign for Manchester United would be N’Golo Kante ahead of Eden Hazard.
The French midfielder has been in sublime form for Chelsea this season and has been one of the Blues’ standout performers under new boss Antonio Conte.
Kante earned plenty of new admirers for his performances for Leicester City last season as he helped the Foxes win the Premier League title under Claudio Ranieri.
And the midfielder has continued his fine displays for Chelsea this term to help the Blues establish themselves as the firm favourites to win the Premier League this season.
Former Manchester United defender Neville says Kante would be his first pick of Chelsea players, just ahead of Belgian playmaker Hazard.
Speaking to The Daily Express, Neville said: “If you were saying to me which player could I like to see at United, it would be Kante – but Hazard is not far behind.”
Chelsea are currently gearing up for their Premier League clash against West Ham United at the London Stadium on Monday night.
