According to reports, Nottingham Forest are interested in Hellas Verona winger Cyril Ngonge.
The Reds are reportedly one of several teams interested in signing the 23-year-old. Aston Villa, Napoli, AC Milan, and Florentina have all been linked, with the latter having a €10 million bid rejected.

It is claimed that Verona are asking for between €12m and €13m for Ngonge with the forward said to be one of the players available for transfer as the Italian club look to raise funds from player sales.
And now, according to TuttoMercatoWeb, via SportWitness, Forest is one of the clubs interested in Ngonge. According to the report, Napoli has also “requested information” in order to potentially sign him.
The Reds currently only have two wingers in Anthony Elanga and Callum Hudson-Odoi so it could be a position they may look to strengthen.
However, Nuno Espirito Santo has tended to favour a 4-2-3-1 in his early days as Forest boss with the use of wide midfielders over players who predominantly play on the wing like Ngonge.
It now remains to be seen whether Nottingham Forest will take action, because several other outlets in the Italian media had been speaking about the race for the player and this is the first report mentioning the Reds’ interest this week.
It’s worth pointing out that Leicester City have also been said to be in the competition, but given they’re in the Championship that seems an unlikely destination.
