There were 25 titles total, including six La Ligas, five Champions Leagues, five Supercopa de Espana, four Club World Cups, three Uefa Super Cups, and two Copa del Reys.
Marcelo also played 58 times for Brazil between 2006 and 2018, including the 2014 and 2018 World Cups.
Leicester played off the possibility of signing Marcelo on Thursday, despite rumours that the club was interested in the full back.
There had been reports that the Brazilian, who became a free agent after leaving Real Madrid when his contract expired at the Bernabeu this summer, was close to signing a one-year agreement with the Foxes.
However, the BBC reports that the Premier League club has ruled out a move for the 34-year-old left-back.
After his team defeated Liverpool 1-0 to win the Champions League, the 58-cap international announced his departure in May.
He was an unused substitute in the game, having been forced out by Frenchman Ferland Mendy.
‘We’ve spoken and we’ve decided it’s best like that,’ Marcelo said, confirming his departure. ‘I’ve already done everything I had to do at Madrid. I’ve been lucky to be here for 15 and a half years at the best club in the world.’
