Pedro admits Chelsea’s form is so good he cannot even remember the great Barcelona teams he played in being this dominant.
Chelsea have won a club record 11 successive League games in a season to race clear at the top of the table.
The Blues, who claimed their four previous Premier League titles after leading at Christmas, are now firm favourites to lift the trophy in May.
Pedro was a member of the great Barcelona side that dominated Spanish football, winning five championships in seven years.
The Spain international, who moved to Stamford Bridge from Barcelona for £21.4million last year, said: “I definitely haven’t been on a run like this here at Chelsea and I can’t think of one in my career that’s been this long.
“Last year, we didn’t manage to win games on the bounce, so let’s hope we can keep this going.
“It’s the daily work we put in during training that is helping to bring the best form from us and we’ve grown in confidence, both mentally and physically. That’s why we have won so many games in a row.
“We train hard, both tactically and physically, but we do a lot of ball work as well, work on bringing the ball out. I think that’s enabling us to get better and also work better as a team.
“We feel strong because we’re all in a good vein of form at the moment. It helps when players can come in, such as Cesc Fabregas, Willian or Nathaniel Chalobah. It’s great because we all have the same objective, we all want to win game.”
Chelsea’s run began after coach Antonio Conte decided to switch to a 3-4-3 formation at the start of October. The club’s winning streak has been put more to the test of late, with four narrow 1-0 victories in their last six matches.
Opponents have been playing far more negatively against Chelsea recently, regularly employing 10 men behind the ball and looking to counter attack.
Pedro admits Chelsea have to be prepared for games to become even tougher to win from now on due to their growing reputation.
