Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger are now the first two managers to be honored by the Premier League Hall of Fame for their outstanding professional achievements.
The Premier League Hall of Fame has so far honored 16 players since its 2021 inauguration. The first two 2023 inductees are Ferguson and Wenger. With eight more ex-footballers expected to be added in the upcoming months.
Since the Premier League’s inception in 1992, individuals who have demonstrated exceptional success and made a major contribution are recognized and honored in the Hall of Fame. The League awards it as the greatest individual honor.
Ferguson and Wenger jointly held 16 Premier League championships. And their Manchester United and Arsenal teams engaged in a fierce competition.
Sir Alex spent 27 years at Old Trafford, seven of which were in the previous First Division. While Wenger managed Arsenal for a total of 22 seasons. Making them the longest-serving managers at a single club in the Premier League era.

What Did Both Ex-Managers Say About The Induction?
Sir Alex Ferguson said: “I’m truly delighted to be inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame. It’s an honour when you receive recognition like this. However, it’s not just about me as a person.
It’s about the job at Manchester United and the bond we had over many years, so I’m also proud for the club, the staff and my players.”
Wenger’s players Patrick Vieira and Thierry Henry have both been honored with Hall of Fame inductions.
Arsène Wenger said: “I am very grateful to have been selected for the Premier League Hall of Fame.
We always wanted to give something special to the fans and when you have players capable of remarkable things, the most important thing for me is the obligation of perfection,” Four Four Two claimed.
