Tottenham Hotspur forward, Richarlison was left sobbing after he was substituted in Brazil’s 5-1 victory over Bolivia in their World Cup qualifiers on Friday.
The Selecao dominated the World Cup qualifying match, with Neymar and Rodrygo both scoring two goals, while Richarlison had a terrible night.
The forward blazed over from six yards, blowing a wonderful opportunity to score.
Midway through the second half, he would be replaced for failing to uphold his end of the bargain.
The 26-year-old was visibly upset by the manager’s choice as the cameras moved to him weeping on the bench.
