Former Liverpool star Sepp van den Berg moved to Brentford last month and thereafter bashed his former team.
The 22-year-old arrived at the Reds from PEC Zwolle in 2019 but in five seasons, he only made four appearances for Jurgen Klopp’s squad.

Van den Berg was keen to leave Anfield permanently at the start of the summer after periods on loan at Preston North End, Schalke, and Mainz.
He berated the club for their perceived disregard of him, claiming that Liverpool was pricing him out of a move with their £20 million asking price.
In August, Brentford paid £19.35 million to sign the defender, who promptly tweeted his relief at leaving Merseyside. “Being a Brentford player feels amazing,” he said last month on the team’s website.
After years of being benched at Liverpool, Van den Berg felt appreciated by Bees manager Thomas Frank, despite turning up outstanding performances in training and throughout his loan stints.
The defender said in a June interview with the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf that he felt underappreciated at Anfield and that it was obvious the team didn’t really have a plan for him.
Van den Berg has already played for the team in the same amount of games that he did at Liverpool, reports Express.
He made his EFL Cup debut with a 1-0 victory against Colchester United. He started back-to-back games against Manchester City and Leyton Orient after making an appearance as a substitute in Brentford’s Premier League triumph over Southampton.
