Premier League star, Wilfried Zaha, could soon join Cristiano Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia as Al-Ittihad, a team from the Saudi Pro League, prepare an ambitious swoop for the player.
The Crystal Palace star has been offered a massive contract to move to the Arabian Gulf, where Cristiano Ronaldo presently plays, when he becomes a free agent this summer.
The Ivory Coast international’s contract with the Premier League club, which is reported to be around £120,000 per week, expires in the summer, but he hasn’t renewed it because he’s waiting for bids from Europe’s elite clubs.
According to reports, the Eagles have made a contract offer that would make the 30-year-old the highest-paid player in team history. Nevertheless, the player has not yet made a decision on his future.
As he continues to mull over his next move, a report claims Zaha’s representatives have been approached by Al-Ittihad, who are willing to pay him wages of £9m-a-year after tax.

Al-Ittihad’s title rivals, Al-Nassr, are also keeping a keen eye on developments involving Zaha and they are keen to bring in Zaha to form a talented frontline with former United star Ronaldo next season.

The Portuguese superstar has hit eight goals in his first seven games since penning a mammoth two-year £344m agreement with the Riyahd-based club.
The same report claims that Palace have tabled a deal worth almost £200,000-a-week including bonuses and it remains possible that Zaha could extend his stay at Selhurst Park.
He is held in high regard by the club’s supporters, having made over 450 appearances for the club across two spells after a failed stint with Manchester United.
