Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly set to confirm the appointment of Luis Enrique as the new head coach of the club.
Although Christophe Galtier’s departure from PSG has not yet been officially announced. It is commonly believed that his stint will come to an end this summer.
Galtier, 56, was chosen to succeed Mauricio Pochettino in July 2022, but he failed to live up to expectations.
Ever since Enrique left Spain following the World Cup in Qatar, he has been linked to a number of jobs.

After negotiations with former Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann came to a stalemate, PSG turned to the 53-year-old.
Prior to leading the Nou Camp from 2014 to 2017, Luis Enrique established himself as a player with Barcelona.
Instead of continuing the practice of bringing in a slew of costly, high-profile players, which has so far failed to produce a UEFA Champions League success that the club’s Qatari owners desire. PSG are determined to reset the outfit and attempt to develop a squad.

Galtier got off to a strong start in the French capital, going 22 games without losing in all competitions. And PSG were five points clear at the top of Ligue 1 when the season was halted for the World Cup.
However, as club football resumed, they suffered nine losses. Though, made it to the finish line to end the league season one point ahead of Lens to win the title. And were eliminated by Bayern in the round of 16 of the Champions League.
