Rabiot seeking sharp Juve exit

Adrien Rabiot looks set to push for a move away from Juventus in January after struggling to force his way into the Bianconeri side. The France midfielder only joined the Old Lady on a free transfer in the summer after a fall-out at Paris Saint-Germain, but so far the move has not worked out as he has struggled to force his way into the thoughts of Maurizio Sarri.
It is a possibility that Juve had already agreed a deal to sign Rabiot well before Sarri was appointed as Max Allegri’s successor, and the Italian tactician may not rate him, hence his lack of action.
Whatever the reason, Rabiot is not happy and is keen to move on in search of more regular first-team action, and Sarri will be happy to sanction the move.
There is also a belief Juve could look to sign Christian Eriksen from Tottenham in the January window, and such a move would push Rabiot even further down the pecking order.
Moving the player on would also help Juve fund a deal for Eriksen, so there is a very good chance he will be on his way out.
There will be no shortage of interest in Rabiot, who was in hot demand before Juventus won the race for his signature.
Clubs in the English Premier League, including Arsenal, are known to be keen and Rabiot would jump at the opportunity to join a club like the Gunners.
Emre Can is another midfielder looking to leave the Allianz Stadium, with Manchester United thought to be interested.
