Manchester United forward, Marcus Rashford is reportedly set to reject a permanent move to Aston Villa as he waits for an approach from Barcelona.
Rashford was permitted to spend the rest of the season on loan at Villa when Ruben Amorim barred him from United’s first squad.
With four goals and five assists in 17 games since joining Unai Emery’s team, the 27-year-old has made an impression.
Rashford is available to Villa for £40 million in summer, but according to The Mirror, he has no intention of rejoining Emery’s team during the next transfer window.

Rashford has reportedly made Barcelona his top desire, and he is even prepared to accept a pay cut to join the La Liga leaders.
Rashford’s present salary of £350,000 per week would be a barrier, but the England international is prepared to make compromises since he knows he has no future at United as long as Amorim is still in control.
Rashford was not present for Villa’s 3-0 loss to Crystal Palace in the FA Cup semi-final over the weekend due to a hamstring issue.
He could end up unable to play in Villa’s final four Premier League games.
Meanwhile, Barcelona may have problems acquiring Rashford this summer due to the Catalan giant’s inability to comply with La Liga’s financial fair play (FFP) rules.
