Real Madrid Complete The Signing Of Fati

Real Madrid have reportedly sealed the signing of Lamine Fati from Leganes.

There has been a lot of talk in recent weeks over the 18-year-old’s future, as several clubs are rumored to have shown interest in signing him.

According to Sport Mole, Los Blancos have acquired the teenager after the Spanish and European champions agreed to pay €100,000 (£83,900) for him.

He is anticipated to start his career with Real Madrid’s third team with the goal of moving up to Real Madrid Castilla. And the sum is thought to have been close to the buy-out amount in his contract.

Valencia reportedly made a move for Fati last year, but Leganes were able to stave off Los Che’s interest at that point. Fati has been playing well for Leganes B in Spain’s fifth division.

Fati has now joined Real Madrid’s talented group of young players, and he will now try to establish himself in the youth squad in order to eventually go to the first team.

The senior Real Madrid team are presently in Saudi Arabia getting ready for their matchup with Mallorca in the Spanish Super Cup semi-final. The victor of that match will play Barcelona in the final this weekend.
