Real Madrid are reportedly considering a move for Lille goalkeeper, Lucas Chevalier as Thibaut Courtois replacement.
Since moving from Chelsea to Real Madrid in the summer of 2018, Courtois has been a standout performer for the Spanish capital team.
The 32-year-old Belgian goalkeeper has played a key role in Real Madrid’s subsequent success, both under Zinedine Zidane and Carlo Ancelotti.
Courtois’s contract at the Santiago Bernabeu expires in 2026, and he will turn 33 in a few months.

According to Fichajes, Real Madrid view Chevalier as a possible long-term replacement for the Belgian as their number one goalkeeper.
The 23-year-old has drawn interest from a number of major European teams and has established himself as one of the best young goalkeepers in Europe right now.
Current La Liga leaders Barcelona have expressed interest in Chevalier. And it now seems that Real Madrid is also interested in the Frenchman, who has a contract with Lille through 2027 and a market worth of about €30 million.
Los Blancos may be interested in Chevalier, but there is no indication that they have any immediate plans to make a move for him.
Ultimately, Courtois is still going strong and is still a vital member of the team. And in Andriy Lunin, the reigning Spanish and European champions have a reliable backup.
