Sunday night, Real Madrid easily defeated Celta Vigo 4-0, solidifying their position atop the La Liga standings.
Vinicius Jr. got things started in the first half, and Los Blancos were virtually assured of the victory in the second half thanks to two own goals from Celta.
Still, there was enough time for a certain Arda Guler to score his first-ever Real Madrid goal in stoppage time after coming off the bench.

The teen’s lack of playing time has generated a lot of discussion in recent weeks, with rumors of a summer departure—possibly on loan—circulating. And on Sunday, he demonstrated why Carlo Ancelotti, the manager, ought to have more faith in him.
Arda Guler ecstatic after scoring his first goal
Having scored his first-ever goal for Real Madrid, Guler spoke to the media and expressed his joy, saying:
“It was fantastic to score in such a stunning atmosphere. I hope there will be many more to come and I will work hard to make it happen,” said the 19-year-old sensation.
Admitting that it has not been an easy campaign for him, Guler hoped that the goal would be a turning point for him, saying:
“It’s been a difficult season so far, but hopefully after today better things will come. I’m really happy to be here. It’s the best club in the world and, although it’s tough, I think I have the quality and character to rise up to it.”
On the 4-0 win over Celta, he said: “It was a good performance. I’d like to congratulate the whole team on the 4-0 win.”
Discussing the move that led to his first goal for Real Madrid, Guler added: “When I was one-on-one with the goalkeeper, I saw that he was losing position, so I took the ball to my right and shot. Fortunately it went in and I’m very happy.”
