Isco has reportedly been transfer listed by Real Madrid because manager Zinedine Zidane has been “shocked” by his poor attitude.
Zidane took charge at the Bernabeu in January and has since steadied the ship, following the sacking of Rafa Benitez.
The former France international has impressed, winning 9/12 league games, despite it being his first proper managerial role.
But Isco is one of a number of previous first-team stars – along with the likes of James Rodriguez – who could be sold at the end of the season after failing to impress Zidane both on and off the pitch, according to the Daily Mirror.
The attacking midfielder is on his way out of the Bernabeu, the source claims, and the main factor behind his transfer listing is because Zidane has been far from happy with Isco’s recent demeanour.
The new manager is said to be “shocked” by the 23-year-old’s lack of application and it could cost him his place in Los Blancos’ dressing room, with a number of clubs chasing his signature.
Isco has been linked with a move to Manchester City, he report suggests, who will be under the reign of former Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola later this year, whilst Arsenal and Juventus are also rumoured to be interested.
He has missed just five of Madrid’s 30 La Liga games in 2015/16 but the fact that he has played the full 90 minutes on just five occasions is a clear indicator that he could soon be deemed entirely surplus to requirements by Zidane.
