Hull KR centre Jimmy Keinhorst is growing frustrated at the uncertainty over his future after being told he can leave on loan. Head coach Tony Smith told Keinhorst, Will Oakes and Elliot Wallis to look for a temporary switch away from Craven Park at the end of the 2019 campaign. Oakes and Wallis have joined Dewsbury Rams and York City Knights respectively, however, Keinhorst hasn’t landed on a new employer yet. The 29-year-old still has two years remaining on his contract at KCOM Craven Park but is unlikely to get much gametime if he stays put. Smith has drafted in 17 new players during the off-season as he looks to improve on last season’s 11th-place finish. Former Leeds Rhinos man Keinhorst is currently sidelined with an injury and is yet to join his teammates in their pre-season training programme.
