Nacho, the former captain of Real Madrid, signed with the recently promoted Al Qadsiah, making him the newest celebrity to join the Saudi League.
A two-year contract has been reached between the highly decorated Spaniard and Khobar. They are making their first appearance in the Saudi Arabian Premier League since the 2020–21 campaign.
Nacho is Al Qadsiah’s fourth foreign acquisition this summer.

Nacho joined Real Madrid’s junior program in 2001 at the age of ten and he has already spent an incredible 23 years there.
He made his senior squad debut in 2012 and went on to play 364 times for the massive Spanish team, winning an incredible 26 trophies in the process.
In the UEFA Champions League final earlier this month, Nacho guided Real Madrid to a 2-0 victory against Borussia Dortmund, marking his final appearance for the team.
He is now one of just five players to have won six European Cups with the team, reports Saudi Pro League Official Website
Nacho has won several titles at the Bernabeu, including four La Liga championships, two Copa del Reys, five FIFA Club World Cups, four European Super Cups, and five Spanish Super Cups.
He is now a member of the Spain side competing in the UEFA European Championship in Germany in 2024.
