Manchester United defender, Luke Shaw believes that Harry Kane and Declan Rice will help the club massively if they seal their moves to the club.
Gareth Southgate’s team has been practicing at Carrington in anticipation of their final game of the season against North Macedonia. After continuing their successful start to qualifying for Euro 2024 by defeating Malta 4-0 on Friday.
With the caption “Carrington tour” and an eye emoji. Shaw uploaded an Instagram story on Saturday with images of himself at the United training facility alongside Kane and Rice.
The futures of West Ham captain Rice and Tottenham striker Kane are two of the most prominent transfer topics involving this group of England players.
“It is not normally discussed. But because of the time of the season and what is going on. There is a lot of talk, a lot of banter,” Shaw said as reported by Planet Sport.
“Would love a few of them to join United. I am not going to lie. I am speaking to them. Telling them how good Manchester is, because I know their qualities.
“I know they are world-class players and they would be a massive help to us. But I can only say so much. It is up to the club and whatever they decide. So we have to go from there.”

Shaw joked “hopefully they like it and can get used to it” at United, who have a history of interest in Kane and Rice but are reportedly skeptical of any potential transfers.”
The 27-year-old also spoke about his relationship with another United target, Mason Mount. Saying he would take him in a ‘heartbeat’ if he were the United hierarchy.
