Tammy Abraham Not Willing To Join West Ham

The AS Roma striker is reportedly awaiting a transfer to AC Milan despite West Ham’s interest.

The 26-year-old attacker has given the Rossoneri club the go-ahead and isn’t thinking about moving to the Premier League to play for Everton or the Hammers.

Although Fikayo Tomori, a former Chelsea colleague, has also been linked to a summer transfer to the London Stadium, it is believed that Tomori might have a significant influence on the deal.

This summer, Julien Lopetegui has made it plain that he wants to add a new striker to the London Stadium, and Abraham is just one of several names who have been connected.

The names that are purportedly on the new manager’s transfer list are Jhon Duran of Aston Villa, Samu Omorodion of Atletico Madrid, and Youssef En-Nesyri.

The club’s sole striker alternatives are Danny Ings and Michail Antonio. Lopetegui is obviously not impressed with the firepower coming into the 2024–25 season, which is why he is connected to Niclas Fullkrug.

While the latter’s recent injury history will be a worry given that he missed many games the previous season, the former hasn’t done nearly enough to establish himself as the starting striker.

The 20-year-old Duran appeared to be a good fit for the Hammers as well, but the two parties are unable to reach a consensus, thus the transaction appears to be off.

Given his past experience in the division, Abraham seems like the most sensible choice for Lopetegui, reports West Ham Zone

After an incredible loan at Villa Park, where he scored 26 goals in 40 games to help Villa win the Premier League, he scored 30 goals in 79 appearances for Chelsea.
