Belgium goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois says that anyone found to be “leaking” information about reported fights inside their squad will be expelled right away.
Romelu Lukaku had to step in during a fight between veteran duo Kevin De Bruyne and Jan Vertonghen following the Red Devils’ shocking 2-0 World Cup loss to Morocco, according to reports.
🚨 The harmony in the Belgian squad is completely broken between several players. 😳
Thibaut Courtois and Kevin De Bruyne no longer speak to each other. And it’s the same for Eden Hazard with Leandro Trossard and Romelu Lukaku with Michy Batshuayi! 😬

Many believed that goalkeeper Courtois was at fault for Morocco’s first goal, which was scored on a wide free-kick from Abdelhamid Sabiri that was deflected past him by Morocco defender Romain Saiss.
The Real Madrid stopper was furious about the reports of unrest after the match though.
What Did Courtois Say About The Belgium Squad?
Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday, he slammed those responsible.
“The problem is that too many lies are spread. A situation is described that doesn’t exist,” said Courtois.
“As a group, we need to avoid that negativity. Everything was clarified yesterday. Everyone has openly expressed their opinion.

“Now we have to take action on the field. It’s good that we had a group conversation. We said what we thought to each other.
“We have to be honest with each other and fight for each other on the pitch.”
When it was put to Courtois that there could be a mole within the Belgium camp, he rather chillingly warned: “If we find out who sent this [information to the press], it will be his last day at the national team.”
