Former Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel may be forced to leave the United Kingdom later this year, according to reports.
Tuchel has lived in England since taking over as Blues manager in January 2021, but his time at Stamford Bridge ended earlier this month.
During his press conferences while working for the Premier League club, the 49-year-old frequently mentioned how much he enjoyed living in London and the surrounding places.
Since his departure, the German has remained in place as he considers his future, both professionally and personally.
Thomas Tuchel May Be Forced To Leave UK?
Tuchel may, however, only have a little time left before being forced to head back to Europe.
According to The Telegraph, Tuchel’s stay in the UK could be limited to 90 days if he remains unemployed in the near future.
Tuchel entered the country on a post-Brexit Governing Body Endorsement visa, and it is unclear whether restrictions will force him to leave the country.
Tuchel’s representative stated: “We will act in accordance with UK rules and adapt all future plans. Final decisions are not made yet.”
As things stand, it’s unclear when further information will be forthcoming, putting Tuchel in limbo ahead of the winter months.

The former Borussia Dortmund and Paris Saint-Germain manager will certainly be connected with a number of clubs as the season unfolds.
Bayern Munich and Juventus are each being considered as prospective destinations with Julian Nagelsmann and Massimiliano Allegri having endured uneven beginnings to the season.
Unless one of those clubs approaches Tuchel, he may have to wait until the World Cup begins in November, which will halt domestic competition until the final week of December.
