Former Spanish international Fernando Torres led the way for Atletico Madrid as the Spanish LaLiga giants arrived Nigeria on Monday ahead of Tuesday’s friendly game against Super Eagles.
Atlético announced a 20-man roster for the upcoming friendly against the Super Eagles at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium.
The Europa League champions confirmed their arrival in a series of post on social media.

Some of their stars heading to Russia for the 2018 World Cup in the shape of Diego Godín, Antoine Griezmann, Diego Costa and Sime Vrsaljko did not make the trip.
However, Slovenia international goalkeeper Jan Oblak, who won the Zamora trophy on Sunday, was in the traveling party as well as Argentina netminder Axel Werner, Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey and captian Gabi.
Reserve team players Antonio Moya, Roberto Olabe and Juan Agüero were in the group.
Atlético Madrid beat NPFL All-Stars 2-1 in a pre-season friendly in August 2016, with Gaitán and Godin writing their names on the score-sheet.
