Tottenham are battling Napoli for the signature of a hattrick hero dubbed the “Gambian hurricane,” according to sources, although a key rule would postpone his arrival in north London.
Harry Kane is without a doubt Tottenham Hotspur’s No. 1 attacker. The 29-year-old talisman for Tottenham and England is under contract at north London through the end of the following campaign.
Both Manchester United and Bayern Munich are attempting to entice Kane to leave this summer with the prospect of major silverware. However, Kane may yet stay loyal to his boyhood club and pen fresh terms.
Regardless of whether Kane stays or goes, the biggest clubs like Tottenham must always keep one eye on the future.
To that end, the Daily Mail report Spurs are sizing up Gambian sensation, Adama Bojang.
The 18-year-old plays for Steve Biko FC in his home country and his dazzling displays this year have earned him the nickname the ‘Gambian Hurricane’.

Bojang operates primarily at centre-forward and caught the eye during the recent AFCON Under-20s tournament.
Bojang memorably scored a hattrick in the quarter finals in a 5-0 romp against South Sudan. Even more impressive was his matchwinner against favourites Nigeria in the semi-finals. Gambia would ultimately finish the tournament runners-up to Senegal.
The Mail report Bojang’s exploits have caught the eye of numerous clubs in Europe.
Tottenham and Napoli are the highest profile pair, while Belgian side Royal Antwerp and Nottingham Forest are also smitten.
