Tottenham Hotspur’s new signing Radu Dragusin hopes to one day, play for Real Madrid, his agent, Costin Manea says.
This January, Dragusin was among the most highly sought-after players in Europe. Before deciding to join Spurs, Napoli and Bayern Munich expressed interest in the €30 million transfer.
Speaking publicly about the deal, Costin Manea said he “couldn’t believe” they had rejected Bayern for Tottenham.
“We were close to signing for Bayern, they are among the greatest, but their dream is Real Madrid or Barca,” Manea told DIGI Sport RO, as per Football Espana.
“In three or four years I see him at Real Madrid.”
Costin Manea, his representative and brother, is equally excited about him relocating to the Spanish capital.
“My plan, which I proposed to him, is for the end goal to be Real Madrid. It’s easier to get to Real from Tottenham than from Bayern,” he commented to the same outlet.
The best clubs in Europe appear to be interested in Dragusin, but he may still have trouble moving to Los Blancos. It is believed that Madrid intend to sign a young central defender during the next two years.

But the majority of the players who have been mentioned do not currently play for elite teams.
Spurs now have a greater chance of holding onto their best players in the face of interest because of the financial stakes. Even though they have historically been able to select only the best players from Tottenham.
