Francesco Totti’s 11-year-old son has continued his strong reputation after he was reportedly the top goalscorer for AS Roma in a youth tournament.
Totti, 40, is regarded as one of Italy’s finest players of all time and has displayed unprecedented devotion to Roma throughout his career.
The former Italy international, who won 58 caps for his country, made his debut for the club in 1992 and has since racked up nearly 800 appearances across 25 seasons since then.
This could be Totti’s final campaign with the Giallorossi, but it could only be another few years until Roma fans get to see his heir.
Football Italia reports that Totti Jr was the top-scorer in the Torneo Memorial Mariotti, with AC Milan winning the competition against their rivals Inter in the final.
Totti Jr netted eight times as his parents watched on, which will certainly leave many Roma supporters excited about the future.
Totti discussed his son’s future in October 2016 and joked that Totti Jr was not as good as his father was at that age.
