Tuchel Hails ‘Outstanding’ Arsenal Player Who He’s Really Happy For

Bayern Munich manager, Thomas Tuchel has lavished praise on one particular Arsenal player as his side are ready to take on the Gunners in the UEFA Champions League quarter-final at the Emirates Stadium.

Today marks the first UCL quarterfinal match for the Gunners in 14 years. The wait is finally over, though it seems like a long time for a club of their caliber.

While Arsenal have a dismal record against Bayern in this competition, the Gunners will enter the match at the Emirates as the favorites for the first time.

Tuchel rained applaud on one player in particular ahead of tonight’s match, demonstrating his awareness of Arsenal’s strong points.

Not only have the Gunners advanced to the Champions League quarterfinals, but they currently lead the Premier League standings.

Having played Arsenal on several occasions in the past, Tuchel is very familiar with the team.

The player Kai Havertz, whom the German managed at Chelsea, was highly praised.

Tuchel acknowledged that he had scored the finest goal of his managerial career and conveyed his happiness at seeing him succeeding at Arsenal at the moment.

He said, as relayed by TBRFootball: “Kai scored maybe the best goal of my coaching career [Champions League final winner for Chelsea] so far.
