Turkish TFF First League club Eskisehirspor are eyeing out Nigerian free agent Chinedu Obasi, according to reports.
Anadolu Gazetesi claims that the 32-year-old former Super Eagles attacker is in talks with Eskisehirspor.
Obasi was last on the books of English Championship club Bolton Wanderers, joining in March 2018 on a short-term contract.
The forward began his professional career at Norwegian side Lyn Oslo in 2005, where he played together with current Super Eagles captain John Obi Mikel.
In 2007 he transferred to Hoffenheim and helped the club gain promotion to the Bundesliga in his first season in Germany.
He has also represented Schalke 04, AIK Solna and Chinese side Shenzen FC in his club career.
The Enugu-born player was part of the Nigeria national under-20 team that finished as runners-up at the 2005 FIFA U20 World Cup.
He also collected 26 caps and four goals for the Super Eagles, representing his country at the 2008 Olympics, 2010 Africa Cup of Nations and 2010 World Cup.
