Jamie Vardy is reportedly set to leave Leicester City at the end of the season after 13 years at the club.
Since joining Leicester from Fleetwood Town in 2012, the 38-year-old has made 496 appearances. He won the Premier League in 2016 before making it to the quarterfinals of the Champions League in 2016–17. In 2021, he won the FA Cup and Community Shield.
Although he only managed seven goals in the Premier League this season, he scored 18 goals when the Foxes won the Championship the previous season.
Leicester’s 1-0 loss to Liverpool on Sunday solidified their instant return to the second division as they have now been relegated from the Premier League in two of the last three seasons.

According to the club’s official website, Vardy said: “I’ll be devastated on the day when it is the last [game], but good things, they come to an end.
“It’s going to be one of those emotional days. Who knows which way that can go. If you ask anyone, I’m not really an emotional guy.
Leicester chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha said: “Jamie is unique. He is a special player and an even more special person.
“He holds a place in the hearts of everyone connected to Leicester City, and he certainly has my deepest respect and affection. I am endlessly grateful for everything he has given to this football club.”
