Leonardo Bonucci has reportedly begun legal proceedings against Juventus after he parted ways with the club in the summer.
The 36-year-old experienced defender who joined Bundesliga outfit, Union Berlin in the final days of the transfer window has decided to press charges against his former club for damages.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, his attorneys, Antonio Conte and Gabriele Zuccheretti will proceed in accordance with the guidelines of the collective bargaining agreement.
The center-back is looking to make reparations. He was unable to adequately get trained before departing. He thinks the situation has hurt his reputation and professional standing.
In addition to filing a suit against Juventus, Bonucci is doing so to aid other players who are in a similar circumstance but lack the opportunity to respond appropriately.
After freezing him out, he thinks there were irregularities in how the brass and the coaching staff behaved towards him.
Only at different times than his teammates could he train. Furthermore, he believed he lacked the proper backing. Additionally, he had no access to the restaurant, pool, or gym.

According to Bonucci, Juventus carried out a systematic strategy to make him feel excluded.
If he is successful, he will contribute the money to two charities: Live Olus, which raises money for defibrillators by holding an auction of memorabilia. And Neuroland, a non-profit that assists children in receiving care at the pediatric neurosurgery department of the Regina Margherita hospital in Turin.
