As he establishes his coaching career in the Premier League, Vincent Kompany, the manager of Burnley, is enjoying his job and intends to keep getting better.
According to Planet Sports, The former captain of Manchester City believes he is always being pushed to the limit and believes he has come a long way since the season began.
Following his retirement as a player, the Belgian led RSC Anderlecht in his first coaching position before taking over at the Clarets in July 2022.
“It’s the most wonderful job in the world, I have to be honest,” Kompany said, according to Burnley Express.
“I feel you’re constantly getting challenged, constantly having to look for ways to be better yourself, make the team better, help other people being better and you get to do it on the best stage in the world.

“I feel very privileged to be in this position, I feel very willing to go above and beyond to show the respect it deserves.
“I would hope any year in my life I would feel a better manager tomorrow than I was the day before. If I’m 64 I’d still hope you can ask me that question I’d be able to say I’m better than when I was 55.”
After 21 games, Burnley is still five points behind Everton in 17th place in the Premier League and faces relegation.
