Vinicius vows to fight for Real future

Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior will reportedly stay and fight for his future amid reports of a potential loan exit. Vinicius signed for Real in the summer of 2017 for a reported 46million euros after some impressive displays for Flamengo in his native Brazil although he didn’t officially join until the following summer when he had turned 18.
Real initially intended to loan the teenager, who was linked with a move away last summer, back to the Rubro-Negro but opted to keep him in the capital in order to monitor his development more closely.
His debut came in the closing stages of a goalless draw with cross-city rivals Atletico Madrid in September 2018
The 19-year-old went on to make 18 appearances in La Liga, starting nine times, while also turning out for Real Madrid II on five occasions.
He hit two goals for the senior side against Real Vallodolid and Deportivo Alaves, adding a further four for the youth team.
Real fans were hoping to see plenty more of the exciting Brazilian this season but his game time has been restricted.
Zinedine Zidane doesn’t appear to completely trust the winger yet although he feels he will be a key figure in the future.He has been handed just four starts and five substitute appearances.
A lack of regular football has led to widespread reports in Spain over the possibility of a loan move away from the Bernabeu in January.
Vinicius is yet to comment on the claims publicly but Diario AS claims the player is determined to fight his way into Zidane’s plans.
