Zidane ‘not planning Real Madrid future’ amid Juventus links

Zinedine Zidane has been linked with the Juventus job and the Real Madrid coach claimed he is not planning his future with the Merengues: ‘I only think about the next three games.’

Andrea Pirlo it is unlikely he will remain in charge of Juventus next season.

Players are reportedly unhappy with him and his methods and the Old Lady sit fifth in the Serie A table ahead of this evening’s meeting with Sassuolo.

According to reports in Italy and Spain, Zidane has emerged as one of the candidates to replace the former midfielder at Juventus.

The 1998 World Cup winner held a press conference ahead of tomorrow’s La Liga clash against Granada.

When asked if he is planning his future with Real Madrid he replied: “No, I am only thinking about the next three games.”

The Merengues sit third in the La Liga table, but are just two points off leaders Atletico Madrid.

The contract of the former French midfielder expires in June 2022.

Pirlo replaced Maurizio Sarri as Juventus had coach in August.

He won the Italian Super Cup and qualified for the Coppa Italia Final, but Juventus were eliminated in the Champions League last 16 stage at hands of Porto.
