Zinedine Zidane has turned down offers from at least four European heavyweights as he waits for a dream return to management.
After starting off as manager of Real Madrid’s Castilla side, Zidane took over the senior team in early 2016 and won three straight Champions Leagues before leaving in 2018, only to return to Madrid in 2019.
Zidane added another La Liga championship to his trophy cabinet before leaving again in 2021, and he has been out of job ever since, though MARCA insists it is not due to a lack of offers.

In fact, Zidane is rumored to have declined offers from Manchester United, Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich during the previous three years.
The Frenchman is also rumored to have had approaches from other major national teams, reports 90 Min.
Real Madrid or France are the only two teams Zidane is interested in rejoining as manager.
Since the French national team is the only other team that has a strong emotional bond with Zidane, he does not envision himself coaching any other team out of loyalty.
It is emphasized that Zidane is not in a haste to return to management and will not accept another position until he is fully pleased with the offer, although he may change his mind in response to a “exceptional” offer.
Currently, neither France nor Madrid are seeking new managers.
Deschamps’ deal with Les Bleus expires that summer, and Carlo Ancelotti has a contract with the Santiago Bernabeu till 2026.
